Delivery
- Delivery is PKR 250 all over Pakistan.
- Orders are sent with M&P Courier.
- Delivery timeframe is 7–10 working days.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery when the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons, except when an item is damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Order cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation is support-assisted: contact Mannmoj order support within that window. The Shop Manager handles the WooCommerce order status operationally. Payment is Cash on Delivery, so no automatic refund process is described here.
